Forest yoga and hike to Konttainen (2 hrs)

Duration: 2 hours / Difficulty: Moderate

Combine yoga and nice hike in the most beautiful nature scenery. Choose morning or evening trip. We hike through an old spruce forest to the top of the Konttainen fell, where the whole northern horizon opens up to Salla, Russia and Suomu. Trail is part of Bear's Trail and goes through nature reserve area. While hiking you hear stories from the arctic nature. On top there is a perfect spot to enjoy the landscape and concentrate for a while to yoga. Gentle, peaceful, body-stretching yoga poses combined to the benefits of  nature. We do poses mainly by standing up and use trees and rocks as support. Forest yoga suits for everybody and no previous experience is needed. After yoga we just breathe, enjoy the nature around us and drink some bilberry juice.
