Yin yoga is a restorative and therapeutic form of yoga that calms the body and mind. It is characterized by passive asanas, light and soft stretches, as well as calmness and conscious presence. 

Yin Tonics® is yin yoga that strengthens (i.e. tones) the body and mind by combining Chinese medicine and yin yoga. 

 At the moment we don’t offer yoga classes in English, but we give extra guidance for non-Finnish speaking participants of our classes. You can join any one of our classes, but be sure to come a little bit earlier, so we have time for a short introduction in English before the class. So class is mostly in Finnish, but you can easily follow and maybe even learn some Finnish.
