This yoga class will guide you through body opening poses, loosening tension, relieving stress and increasing mobility. Moving at a slower pace and holding stretches longer will allow you to relax your mind and your body. Great before of after hiking trip or day at the slopes and it's open to students of all levels. 

Class is mostly in Finnish, but can easily follow and maybe even learn some Finnish.
