Duration: 3 hours / Difficulty: Moderate

Silent snowy forest, slow pace, time to admire white wonderland around you. First nature calms your mind and light outdoor exercise warms your body. After that the combined effect of stretching and the mild heat of the sauna relaxes you completely. Homemade raw bilberry chocolate and warm crowberry juice keep you going with snowshoes. You will hear also hear stories and facts about Finnish sauna as well as nature around us. 

Snowshoeing suits for everybody, who likes to walk in nature. First we have short introduction for snowshoeing techniques. After that we are free to choose easy trails or deep snow depending on group's wishes. Sauna yoga is suitable for everyone, who wants to experience sauna in a new way. It requires no previous yoga experience.  

  • Duration: 3 hours
  • Lenght: snowshoeing 3-4 km. Saunayoga lasts for 30-45 minutes.
